Civil Action attorney Jan Schlichtmann interviews noted Vioxx Attorney Chris Seeger shortly after his disappointing loss in the Humeston Vioxx case. This video was shot at the Mass Torts Made Perfect Conference last year, and we will be doing a follow up interview with Attorney Seeger this year.

As most Vioxx watchers know, the Humeston verdict was thrown out, and new trial was allowed and just recently Attorney Seeger obtained a $47 million verdict on behalf of his client who was injured through the use of Vioxx.

This is an intriguing clip given recent events.
